Our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services encompass the entire spectrum of Design & Build projects; from preparing the tender documents to the physical installation of the product to the eventual maintenance of the system.

We are fully qualified & certified to undertake the installation & maintenance of the following projects:

• Air-Conditioning & Ventilation Systems - the treatment of air to provide a fresh, cool & conducive environment, including maintaining, repair, overhauling of chiller, pump, cooling tower, gear box, etc, all kinds of air-conditioning & ventilation related works.

• Industrial Cooling Systems - providing big range cooling technology & design, primarily for the manufacturing industry (e.g. plastic injection moulding, etc.)
• Clean & Environmental Rooms - clean air systems for facilities where a dust-free environment is essential (e.g. laboratories, hospitals, semiconductor manufacturers, etc.)
